A budget-priced introduction to the work of one of Britain's greatest singer-songwriters.

Includes the ageless classics Late November, No End, Next Time Around and Who Knows Where The Time Goes?.

The Bunch - Rock On (cd)

Organised by Trevor Lucas, Rock On was the result of the unlikely fusion of Folk Rock royalty and Scottish Soul innovators tackling a collection of their favourite Rock'N'Roll standards.

Recorded at Richard Branson's Manor Studios in 1971, this wonderfully playful period curio features future legends Sandy Denny, Richard Thompson, Ashley Hutchings, Dave Mattacks, Linda Thompson, The Dundee Horns (pre-Average White Band) and more.

Fairport Convention - Rising For The Moon - Deluxe (double cd)

Fairport Convention's 1975 album Rising For The Moon (their first with Sandy Denny since 1969's landmark Leige And Lief) re-mastered and expanded with home demos, alternate takes and a previously unreleased live recording of White Dress from a television performance on LWT.

A second disc contains a performance recorded live at the LA Troubadour in 1974.

Presented in a deluxe digi-pack, the double cd set contains sleeve notes and period photographs.

Sandy Denny - Sandy (vinyl)

Sandy Denny's classic 1972 solo release is given the audiophile vinyl treatment.

A gloriously rich, melodic and melancholy offering, on its release the album was noted for its striking and career-defining David Bailey cover photograph.

The original gatefold artwork has been replicated and this 180gm heavyweight vinyl edition also comes with a download code.

Please note - Limited to 2000 copies globally, this is likely to sell out quickly.

Sandy Denny - 19 Rupert Street (vinyl)

Sandy Denny at her most spontaneous and unguarded, the album was recorded at 19 Rupert Street, Glasgow, Alex Campbell's home, on 5 August 1967 on a quarter track domestic machine.

The raw recordings have been edited and mastered for release by the Strawbs' Dave Cousins.

Including an understated cover of the John Martyn song Fairytale Lullaby, 19 Rupert Street provides a glimpse of the Sandy rarely heard.

This is the Music On Vinyl LP version.

Fotheringay - Essen 1970

A recording of Fotheringay performing live at Grugahalle, Essen, Germany, on 23 October 1970.

Sandy Denny - No More Sad Refrains - The Anthology (double cd)

A 34 track double cd which comprehensively chronicles Sandy's career from her early days in Fairport Convention through to the heavily orchestrated material of solo albums such as Rendezvous.

Sandy Denny - Gold Dust (cd)

Gold Dust is a recording of Sandy Denny's last ever concert at the Royalty Theatre on Sunday 27th November 1977.

A poignant final testament to a sadly missed talent.

Sandy Denny - Like An Old Fashioned Waltz (cd)

Sandy Denny's third album is almost certainly amongst her best and most focused work.

Refining her songwriting craft, with Old Fashioned Waltz, Denny created a nostalgic, emotive and panoramic song-cycle detailing many of her personal preoccupations (loss, loneliness, fear of the dark, the passing of time and so on).

Re-mastered on 2005, this edition includes Solo, Carnival, No End and four bonus tracks.

Fotheringay - Fotheringay 2 (cd)

Released in 2008, Fotheringay 2 collects the remaining unreleased performances by the time, which were intended for a second album in 1971.

Some tracks - such as the classic Late November - ended up on various period samplers or were re-recorded for later Fairport Convention/Sandy Denny albums.

An intriguing 'what if' discovered.

Fotheringay - Fotheringay (cd)

Fotheringay's debut from 1970 was Sandy Denny's first major project after leaving Fairport Convention.

The album contains several of Sandy's best loved and most ambitious songs and vocal performances, including The Sea, The Pond And The Stream and an exquisite reading of the traditional song, Banks Of The Nile.

Sandy Denny & The Strawbs - All Our Own Work - The Complete Sessions (remastered) (cd)

Recorded in July 1967, the seminal Folk-Rock album All Our Own Work was originally released in 1973, to cash in on the Top 10 successes of the Strawbs.

Containing the first recording of Sandy Denny's magical Who Knows Where The Time Goes?, the album represented a fascinating glimpse into the early work of two soon to be acknowledged major talents.

This new remastered edition comprises the complete sessions, including the original album, out-takes, demos and three previously unreleased tracks.

The detailed booklet features illuminating extracts from Dave Cousins's diary.

'An essential package.' - Sid Smith, BBC Music

Philip Ward - Sandy Denny: Reflections on Her Music (book)

Sandy Denny (1947-1978) remains a curiously elusive figure, yet with growing media interest and regular reissues of her back catalogue, the interest in her is greater than it ever was.

Philip Ward has written a study of Denny, presented as a series of personal reflections on her life and work.

Ward fills in details overlooked by previous biographies, surveys recent reissues of her recordings and offers an in-depth analysis of Sandy's songwriting.

This fascinating book - one of the few recommended by the Sandy Denny estate - concludes with a detailed essay arguing that Denny was the first British female 'singer-songwriter' of international stature.

The book is illustrated throughout, and includes previously unseen photos.
