Schoolyard Ghosts (double cd pre-order)


A double cd reissue in vinyl replica packaging, the new edition of Schoolyard Ghosts features alternative versions, b-sides, and an EP's worth of Tim Bowness's home demos, which formed the basis of several of the album's songs. 

Released in 2008, Schoolyard Ghosts saw No-Man's core duo of Steven Wilson and Tim Bowness expanding the band's sonic palette by collaborating with Californian pedal steel ace Bruce Kaphan, saxophonist/flautist Theo Travis, drummers Pat Mastelotto and Gavin Harrison, and the London Session Orchestra (arranged by Dave Stewart). 

Contains the semi-orchestral 12 minute epic Truenorth, fan favourite Wherever There Is Light and the intense sonic assault of Pigeon Drummer.

Abandoned Dancehall Dreams (double cd / vinyl pre-order)


Produced by Bowness and mixed by his No-Man band partner Steven Wilson, Abandoned Dancehall Dreams features performances from Pat Mastelotto (King Crimson), Colin Edwin (Porcupine Tree), Anna Phoebe (Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Richard Barbieri and members of the No-Man live band.

The Residents

Whatever Happened To Vileness Fats? (cd pre-order)


Two mid 1980s soundtracks on one cd from the incomparably strange The Residents.

Vileness Fats was intended to be The Residents musical masterwork film. Starting in 1972 and shot over four years, the project was eventually abandoned without being completed. In 1985, a video collection of scenes titled, Whatever Happened to Vileness Fats? surfaced featuring a new score from The Residents.

This cd also includes excerpts from the soundtrack for the 1984 film The Census Taker.

The Pretty Things

Parachute (heavyweight vinyl pre-order)


Parachute had the difficult task of following the legendary Psychedelic classic SF Sorrow. 

Recorded in Abbey Road and released in 1970, the album was named Rolling Stone magazine's album of the year ahead of classics such as Let It Be, Morrison Hotel, After the Gold Rush, Moondance, Bridge Over Troubled Water and Led Zeppelin III. 

180g heavyweight vinyl edition re-cut directly from the original Abbey Road master tapes. The deluxe cd edition is shipping now.
