stefano panunzi - timelines (cd)
Stefano Panunzi’'s Timelines is a collaborative project involving the stellar talents of Mick Karn, Gavin Harrison, Sandra O'Neill, Markus Reuter, Nicola Alesini (Marco Polo), Giancarlo Erra (Nosound) and Peter Chilvers, amongst many others.
Creating a moody collage of Progressive, Jazz and Ambient influences, the album contains strong echoes of the instrumental experiments of Jansen, Barbieri & Karn, Porcupine Tree/No-Man, Marco Polo and King Crimson’s series of ProjeKCts.

I was thinking of green floating tennis balls and red marmalade skies, embracing the rainbow of imagination. Go with your intuition on this one. Precious soundbites !!!!!

Very interesting album! A lot of references to many BShed artists. Many thanks to BShed for making Stefano's cd available.

I got this today and havent stopped listening to it! I took a gamble based on the burning shed write up . If you love JBK , fused with some of the more instrumental S Wilson No man output, you will adore this. I have never heard of Mr Panuzi, but this album is a must for anyone conversant with the shed back catologue. I honestly didnt think an on spec purchase could be this good.
