porcupine tree - the sky moves sideways remastered edition (digipak CD)

PT's 1995 album is regarded by many fans as one of the band's most crafted and melodic Progressive Rock orientated releases.

Spanning the period when the band evolved from being a Steven Wilson solo vehicle into a full band, the album centres around the two halves of the 35 minute title track.

Awash with melancholic vocals, liquid solos, spacious textures and dynamic instrumental passages, this special edition has been expanded to include an extra disc of rarities.

The original album, as conceived for vinyl, is on CD1 (real drums replace the original sampled drums on two of the tracks), while CD2 contains an alternate version of the title track (including music that was cut from the final album version as well as different lyrics) and EP tracks, Stars Die and the 21 minute Moonloop.

(The content of this version is the same as the new digibook. However, the packaging is slightly different)
