OSI is a unique collaboration involving the inspirational and singular talents of Jim Matheos (Fate's Warning) and Kevin Moore (Chroma Key). Released on April 21st, Free is the band's second album and follows its critically lauded predecessor, 2003's Office Of Strategic Influence, which also featured Steven Wilson, Sean Malone and Mike Portnoy.

On Free, once again OSI is joined by Dream Theater's drummer-extraordinaire Mike Portnoy, while elsewhere, Joey Vera contributes.

Weird textures and difficult rhythms collide on this 'project with band aspirations' and plenty of ideas to spare.
