Released on Post Progressive imprint Kscope Music, in association with the legendary Peaceville Records, Hindsight is the first release of new studio recordings from Anathema since 2003's acclaimed conceptual album, A Natural Disaster.

Featuring selected favourites spanning the band’s career, as well as brand new track, ‘Unchained (Tales Of The Unexpected)’, Hindsight sees Anathema creating sensitive semi-acoustic arrangements - utilising acoustic, electric and orchestral instruments - that further develop the deep, emotional landscapes that Anathema has become justly renowned for.



Arranged by guitarist Danny Cavanagh, engineered by Les Smith, and performed and produced by Anathema, Hindsight also features cellist Dave Wesling, who previously toured with the band in 2004.

The two disc Snapper edition of No-Man's Together We're Stranger comes with the original stereo mix on CD, a booklet featuring sleeve notes from Mojo's Johnny Black, super jewel case packaging and an audiophile 5.1 DVD-A surround sound disc, also including high resolution 24 bit stereo. Additionally, the DVD-A disc includes the Break Up For Real (drum mix), (bluecoda), the video for Things I Want To Tell You and a photo gallery.

A distinctive combination of beautifully detailed songwriting, haunting melodies and inventively cinematic production, Schoolyard Ghosts sees No-Man’s Tim Bowness and Steven Wilson expanding the band's sonic palette by collaborating with, amongst others, Theo Travis, Pat Mastelotto, Gavin Harrison, and the London Session Orchestra (arranged by Dave Stewart).

Featuring the sweetly hypnotic Wherever There Is Light, the warped dynamics of Pigeon Drummer, and the subtly evolving explorations of the uplifting 13 minute semi-orchestral epic Truenorth, Schoolyard Ghosts reveals the band taking its music to an even more focused and personalised place than before.

With over 25,000 records sold since their debut in 2000, this Somerset based 5 piece are perfectly poised to break into new territory after signing a new deal with new label Kscope, a division of Snapper Music.

The band’s ‘bittersweet’ progressive sound has been nurtured over the past seven years over six studio albums. Initially a solo studio project by singer/songwriter Bruce Soord, the band evolved onto the stage as the ever faithful international fan base demanded it. In between recording sessions, the band has taken time out to play in front of thousands of fans, including sell out ‘invite only’ shows in the UK and festival appearances in Philadelphia, USA and Tilburg, Holland.

Remastered and remixed reissue of the 2000 album by Porcupine Tree, including a stereo CD and 5.1 surround sound DVDA with bonus material.
