Anathema - Falling Deeper (vinyl)
Featuring brand new orchestral arrangements of material from Anathema's earliest days, Falling Deeper continues where the acclaimed 2008 release Hindsight left off.
A musical and lyrical re-appraisal of classic songs such as Crestfallen, Kingdom, Sunset Of Age and Everwake (which also features the astonishing voice of Anneke van Giersbergen), the album was produced by band member Daniel Cavanagh, and recorded and mixed by Andrea Wright.
The orchestral arrangements come courtesy of Canterbury music legend Dave Stewart (Egg, Hatfield & The North), who provided superb scores for We’re Here Because We’re Here and has previously orchestrated songs by Porcupine Tree and No-Man.
The limited vinyl edition version of the album comes pressed on 180gm vinyl with printed inner sleeves.

Anathema - Serenades (CD)
Liverpool doom prophets Anathema first burst on the scene in the early 90's and released their debut album Serenades on Peaceville in 1993. Original vocalist Daz White had this to say at the time "Anathema is not just another heavy metal band but a presence and a power in every living spirit." They certainly didn't disappoint, as the album exploded to universal acclaim. Serenades managed to blend fragile dreams with raging aggressive frustration to stunning effect and heralded the dawn of one of the best bands on the scene. Even at such an early stage in their career it was obvious to all those with their ear to the grind just how special Anathema could be.
