How do I place an order?

Browse the titles available from the menu items on the left. When you see a title you'd like to buy, click buy or preorder. When you've added all the titles you want, go to checkout, and follow the instructions.

How do I pay?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Your payment will be processed securely via WorldPay. We are unable to accept cheques or payments from Paypal accounts.

What are your prices in my local currency?

If you have selected your country as United Kingdom, USA, Japan or a member of the European Community, you should see prices in your own currency. Please note that these prices are an approximation based on recent exchange rates. Your final charge will be in £GBP, which will be displayed at the checkout. We recommend using www.xe.com to convert from British Pounds (GBP) into your own currency.

Can I insure my order?

Customers outside the United Kingdom can choose to insure their order at the checkout page. We strongly recommend that you insure your order if you live in the following countries:

• Turkey
• Africa
• Russian Federation

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typical delivery times:

United Kingdom: 2-3 working days
Europe: 3-4 working days
Rest of the World: 7 working days (Larger parcels may take longer)

We send orders by Airmail. if you did not pay for postal insurance there is no tracking number.

What should I do if my order goes missing?

If your order hasn't arrived 28 days after we posted it, please email support@burningshed.com.Until 28 days have passed there is nothing we can do to trace any parcel.

What are VAT charges?

Burning Shed are a VAT registered company and have to charge 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) on any items shipped to the European Community (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom). If you live outside of this area, you will not see VAT chages. Please note that you may, however, be liable for import duties - these vary from country to country.

If I preorder a title, when will I get charged?

All orders are charged at the time the order is placed.

All credit card orders are processed by secure server hosted by WorldPay.
