OSI is a unique collaboration involving the inspirational and singular talents of Jim Matheos (Fate's Warning) and Kevin Moore (Chroma Key). On Free, once again OSI is joined by Dream Theater's drummer-extraordinaire Mike Portnoy, while elsewhere, Joey Vera contributes.
