Beloved Aunt - From Indian Head To Ashland

Based on the theme of alien abduction, the debut album from Suzanne Barbieri's Beloved Aunt offers an intriguing and enigmatic mix of atmospheres, beats and found voices.

------------

In 1961, on a journey home from Canada to New Hampshire, Betty and Barney Hill experienced an episode of missing time.

Hypnosis sessions by Dr Benjamin Simon revealed that they had been taken aboard a UFO and examined by the occupants.

The tracks on this album use the voices from the tapes of those hypnosis sessions.

The Track 'God In Other Planets' also uses the voices of astronauts William Anders, Jim Lovell and Frank Borman from the Christmas Day broadcast from their Apollo 8 mission.
